Use AB-00B to determine which specialist marine and port contractor annexures are actually required by the awarded scope, while keeping the common file structure complete. It is a controlled project-issue decision, not permission to choose which port/terminal interface controls to ignore.

THE ACTUAL SOURCE MATRIX

The editable table has ANNEXURE, SELECT Y/N, SPECIALIST TRADE — ACTUAL CONTRACT SCOPE and WORK ORDER / REF. It lists all 19 choices AC–AU, including buildings/civils, shore power, CCTV, cold store, lifting, terminal plant, bulk cargo, marine water, welding, fire systems, coatings, scaffolds, pontoons, vessels/drydock, dangerous cargo, cleaning, road/rail warehousing and diving/dredging.

HOW TO COMPLETE AND USE IT

First print and retain the entire A–AA contractor management core and all 51 AB operator interface records. Mark each AC–AU trade Y or N against the actual work award and site work order. Include a selected trade annexure in full, retaining all its checklists, registers, holds and toolbox talks. Record the authorised choice and revision; update if the contract expands or introduces restricted marine tasks.

WHAT THIS DOES NOT AUTHORISE

The matrix cannot issue a marine, port, vessel, electrical or diving permit. Local operator/Harbour Master/vessel authority and activity-specific regulations still control restricted work. The matrix records annexure selection only; do not omit any AB-coded common control from the full file.
