Port rules differ between sites. Forward legitimate receiving-site comments about A–AB. AVC will assess and make lawful, technically appropriate CORE-file amendments AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. Our specialist editions follow a six-month review cycle. The Harbour Master, vessel and operator retain all authorising powers.
