AVC Aluminium Glazing & Facade Installation Safety Package

GLASS DOESN'T FORGIVE A SLIPPING SUCTION CUP.

When a heavy glass panel comes off its stillage, the crew must control grip, suction equipment, lifting routes and people below. Façade installers face fragile glass, temporary frame instability and open edges—none of which is adequately described by a generic brick-and-mortar risk assessment.

45 EDITABLE TRADE-SPECIFIC WORD DOCUMENTS

45 editable documents: 29 checklists, 7 registers, 8 toolbox talks and an index. Glass stillage, delivery and offloading; suction/vacuum equipment; fragile-panel carrying; critical anchors and frame fixings; façade edge controls and safe handover.

YOUR PRACTICAL WORKING-CONTROL TOOLKIT

From delivery to the final pane, choose the relevant panel-handling briefing, lifting-equipment check and fixing sign-off. Record unsafe conditions before glass moves or temporary support is removed. Tailor each checklist, toolbox talk, register or sign-off to the actual work, equipment and competent-person instructions. This ZIP is the selected working documents, not the A–AA contractor safety-file management foundation.
