PURPOSE — INSPECTION & TEST EVIDENCE REGISTER
BA-R03 is a real airport INSPECTION AND TEST EVIDENCE REGISTER. An installer or test technician may record a result, but airside handback needs to show exactly which asset was tested, what standard or design limit applies, whether measurement tools were calibrated, whether a defect or hold exists, and where the independent witness proof sits. This register makes test and rectification history retrievable rather than reliant on informal handover.

Keep BA-R03 alongside the live airport work package, inspection/test plan and permit records. Create a separately traceable line for each material, asset, inspection or work-package event, then update it through any retest, defect review and acceptance decision.

The actual five table headings are DATE / ASSET, TEST / STANDARD / LIMIT, RESULT / CALIBRATION, HOLD / NCR / RECTIFICATION and WITNESS / EVIDENCE. The specialist notes refer specifically to GRID INTERFACE DESIGN and DC ISOLATION checks; failed results must be resolved before any release. There is no fabricated numbered list of ten items in this original: it is a repeatable evidence register with separate rows for actual work events.
