EXACT PURPOSE OF THIS AVIATION ORIGINAL
BA-H01 is the source-original INITIAL INSPECTION AND HOLD/RELEASE document. Before an airport-facing electrical system is returned to service, the contractor must establish what asset and design revision were worked on, whether the energisation risks are controlled and whether independent evidence justifies closing the HOLD. This form is a documented contractor assessment and witness gate, never a self-issued airport operating clearance.
WHEN AND WHERE THE FORM IS USED
Use when an airport work package reaches the initial inspection HOLD point or a controlled system handback after technical checks. Identify AIRPORT/EQUIPMENT, WORK PACKAGE/ITP, HOLD TRIGGER/TIME and AIRPORT PERMIT REF. Keep access, isolations and restrictions in the authorised state until the independent reviewer has checked test and defect evidence and the real airport custodian has issued any required restart approval.

A contractor may recommend release on documented proof, but only the responsible airport-authorised custodian may grant operating-system return-to-service approval.
