PURPOSE — AZ-R03 AVIATION FACILITY CONTROL
AZ-R03 is a source-original INSPECTION AND TEST EVIDENCE REGISTER for fixed-facility and hangar systems at an operating airport. A contractor's assertion that a door restraint, control or affected bay was inspected is not sufficient without a traceable asset, test limit, actual result, calibration, nonconformance and witness reference. This table builds the evidence trail needed for an independent technical release and safe aircraft-facing handback.
WHEN TO USE THIS ACTUAL FORM
Maintain the register alongside the active AIRPORT / WORK ZONE, REGISTER CUSTODIAN, WORK ORDER / PERMIT REF and REVIEW DATE. Enter a separate dated record for each tested item, inspection or work-package event, including retests after defects.
