PURPOSE OF THIS SOURCE-EXACT CARGO FORM
AY-C02 is the authentic eight-row FINAL INSPECTION AND HANDOVER checklist for an airport cargo maintenance workfront. Finishing a loader or roller-deck repair does not automatically make surrounding aircraft routes, cargo segregation, machine isolation or access conditions acceptable. The checklist requires evidence of current operating arrangements and residual holds before requesting actual airport custodian acceptance.
WHEN / WHERE TO USE THE ORIGINAL
Apply at completion or controlled shift-end return of a cargo zone, powered deck or loader interface to operations. Record AIRPORT/WORK ZONE, ASSET/LOCATION, PERMIT/WORK PACKAGE and SHIFT/DATE. Check real aircraft/passenger/freight operating windows, changed visibility or electrical state, the live permit and all open defects. A contractor may submit a completed inspection, but cannot reopen a controlled system on its own authority.
