AB-R04 — OPERATOR INTERFACE, SIMOPS & CHANGE CONTROL
Contractors at a live surface mine work alongside haulage, blasting, maintenance and other crews. AB-R04 records who controls overlapping work, what new conflict arose and whose permission is required. Keep conflicts open until mine control agrees the isolation, separation or other control, and records the host-authorised release. A contractor signature alone is not permission.
