PURPOSE — ACTUAL AIRPORT PAVEMENT FORM
AX-C02 is an authentic EIGHT-CHECK FINAL INSPECTION AND HANDOVER checklist for completed airfield pavement works. After marking, cleaning or surface treatment, the contractor must still account for aircraft movements, restricted work windows, INCORRECT PAINT GEOMETRY, FOD, operating barriers and temporary measures.
