WHY THIS FORM MATTERS
A rail siding can remain occupied, traction live, loading chutes capable of movement or stockpile ground unstable after maintenance. AW-T01 links contractor measurements to the rail infrastructure owner's release, helping prevent premature reopening, missing interlock tests, disputed calibrations or unsafe train movements.
THE SEVEN PRINTED INSPECTION ROWS
1. Check segregation of stockyard traffic, shunting, conveyor routes and crews. 2. Evidence positive isolation of wagon-loading chutes, stackers/reclaimers and trippers. 3. Identify overhead traction, crossings and traction-return electrical exposures. 4. Check stockpile stability, engulfment and suspended-reclaimer hazards.
5. Record track gauge, switch, signalling and weighbridge calibration evidence. 6. Document witnessed interlocking and train-movement tests following modification. 7. Record rail/stockyard owner reopening permission, outstanding defects and operational restrictions. These seven checks are the actual numbered source rows.
