WHAT THIS AIRFIELD GROUNDS FORM CONTROLS
AW-H02 is the genuine EIGHT-GATE CRITICAL HOLD-POINT AND INDEPENDENT RELEASE record for airport grounds, vegetation and perimeter interventions. Completion of a mower task or fence repair does not prove that wildlife can no longer enter an aircraft movement zone, that all mower FOD has been removed or that restricted-area continuity is restored. A competent independent witness and an airport-authorised custodian must accept the relevant evidence before operating-system release.
WHEN / WHERE TO USE THE ORIGINAL
Use at a planned airport work-package STOP/HOLD gate before reopening an affected perimeter route, grounds zone or equipment/work boundary. Enter AIRPORT/EQUIPMENT, WORK PACKAGE/ITP, HOLD TRIGGER/TIME and AIRPORT PERMIT REF. Maintain temporary controls and exclusion as required; assess actual wildlife conditions, physical FOD and the relevant security boundary before recommending closure.
