AW-C03 connects safeguards to mine release, verified isolation and witness results. It is a withdrawal control checklist, not a complete emergency response plan or rail possession authority.

Separate CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR / SIGNATURE and MINE RELEASE AUTHORITY / SIGNATURE plus DATE / RELEASE REF close out accountability. AW-C03 has no separate rescue drill table; follow host emergency procedures and leave unsafe work on HOLD.
