This original one-page editable Word checklist reassesses rail loadout, stockyard and dispatch work when weather, ground, permits, plant or railway instructions change. Its seven Y / N / N/A controls test whether existing workface safeguards remain applicable.
WHY A FRESH CONDITIONS CHECK MATTERS
Rain, poor visibility, changed shunting routes or unstable stockpiles can combine with live traction and moving loading machinery. AW-C02 makes crews verify isolation and owner permissions, rather than assume yesterday's clearance still applies. There is NO separate weather-measurement table in the original.

5. Witness interlocking and train-movement tests after modifications. 6. Record rail/stockyard owner reopening authority, defects and operating restrictions. 7.
