351 / AV-R04 — MINE SURVEY & AUTONOMOUS SYSTEM REINSTATEMENT TRACEABILITY
An original one-page editable Word record linking survey, UAV and autonomous fleet reinstatement to the actual evidence a surface mine needs before resuming operations. It traces revised maps, measured results, geofences, software changes and mine-authorised acceptance.
WHY REINSTATEMENT MUST BE TRACEABLE
A changed fleet geofence, remote-control stop or survey datum may create a dangerous operating conflict even after repairs are complete. AV-R04 captures proof of new settings, tested systems, witness records and owner release rather than relying on a verbal statement that equipment is ready.
THE SEVEN ORIGINAL NUMBERED SOURCE CONTROLS
1. Mine survey/fleet authority signs revised maps, safety-critical settings and reactivation. 2. Independently verify recorded measurements, geofence changes and software revision. 3. Define UAV/remote-system spotters, communications and lost-link contingency. 4. Protect control-network calibration and geodetic datum from accidental reset.
5. Maintain remote-control fail-safe stop and proximity alerts during testing. 6. Confirm fleet autonomous zones, geofences and exclusion boundaries before entry. 7. Deconflict laser/UAV route and blast schedule from aerial and ground mine operations. These seven checks are the original document's printed evidence sequence.
