PURPOSE OF THIS EXACT AIRPORT NDT ORIGINAL
AV-R03 is the original INSPECTION, MEASUREMENT AND TEST EVIDENCE REGISTER for airport inspection, NDT and commissioning works. When a test or specialist inspection is challenged, the contractor must identify the tested asset, applied technical standard and limit, actual calibrated result, defect or hold, and supporting witness. Without those fields, an inspection report can be impossible to correlate to the airport work order and independent return-to-service approval.
