347 / AV-H02 — MINE UAV & AUTONOMY INDEPENDENT INSPECTION, WITNESS & HANDBACK
AV-H02 is an original one-page editable Word hold-point record for independent inspection and authorised handback of mine survey, UAV and autonomous-fleet interfaces. Its five printed evidence gates require documented results and a witness before the mine releases the affected work area or system.
WHY AN INDEPENDENT ACCEPTANCE GATE MATTERS
A completed UAV software change or fleet-control repair can still leave the wrong geofence, invalid datum, faulty remote stop or lost-link exposure. Contractor verification is not mine operating permission. AV-H02 separates evidence collection from the authorised mine official's final restart and work release.
THE FIVE ACTUAL PRINTED HOLD TRIGGERS
1. Fleet autonomous zones, geofences and exclusion boundaries confirmed before access. 2. Remote-control fail-safe stop and proximity alerts maintained during testing. 3. Control-network calibration and geodetic datum protected against accidental reset.
4. Spotters, communications and lost-link contingency defined for UAV and remote systems. 5. Recorded measurements, changed geofences and software revision independently checked. These are the original five hold gates—not a generic five-item mine pre-start or a separate permit register.
COMPLETE THE REAL WITNESS AND RELEASE COLUMNS

The printed RELEASE condition requires ALL gates verified, defects resolved and a valid work release recorded by an authorised mine official. The sign-off separates CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR / SIGNATURE and MINE RELEASE AUTHORITY / SIGNATURE with DATE / RELEASE REF. Failed controls must remain on HOLD, not be self-released by a contractor.
