AV-F01 is the original one-page editable Word mine technical HOLD and work-release record for survey teams, UAV contractors and autonomous-fleet interfaces. It has FIVE evidence gates, not a general seven-point daily checklist.
INDEPENDENT HOLD GATES BEFORE RELEASE
A completed survey flight or autonomy modification does not automatically release a vehicle zone. Haul movements, blasting, remote actuation and an altered survey datum can expose workers if mine authority handback is assumed rather than evidenced.
THE FIVE ORIGINAL TECHNICAL HOLD GATES
1. Mine operations and security approve the survey or UAV flight area. 2. Laser/UAV routes and blast schedule deconflicted from aerial and ground mining operations. 3. Autonomous-fleet zones, geofences and exclusion boundaries verified before entry.
4. Remote-control fail-safe stop and proximity alerts maintained during testing. 5. Control-network calibration and geodetic datum protected from accidental reset.
HOW TO FILL THE ORIGINAL WORD RECORD
Identify MINE / PIT / WORK AREA, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR. The printed table has HOLD TRIGGER / EVIDENCE GATE, REQUIRED EVIDENCE / VERIFICATION and RESULT / REFERENCE / WITNESS columns. Attach actual flight permissions, route/blast coordination, fleet exclusion verification, stop-function tests and datum control results.
The original RELEASE rule is conditional: ALL five gates verified, defects resolved and an authorised mine official records a valid work release. Separate CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR / SIGNATURE and MINE RELEASE AUTHORITY / SIGNATURE plus DATE / RELEASE REF preserve accountability; the contractor cannot self-release.
