345 / AV-C03 — MINE UAV & AUTONOMY EMERGENCY SAFEGUARDS AND WITHDRAWAL READINESS

AV-C03 is the original one-page editable Word emergency-safeguards and withdrawal-readiness checklist for a surface mine's UAV surveying and autonomous-system interfaces. It asks seven specific Y, N or N/A questions and captures the evidence or action for each.

REAL WITHDRAWAL AND EMERGENCY INTERFACE CONTROLS

The emergency is not limited to an aircraft incident: a lost remote-control link, changed geofence, unexpected equipment activation or conflicting blast/flight route may require immediate withdrawal and mine-control escalation. This checklist checks safeguards that must be effective before exposure.

THE SEVEN REAL PRINTED SAFETY CHECKS

1. Mine survey/fleet authority signs revised maps, critical settings and system reactivation. 2. Recorded survey measurements, geofence changes and software revisions independently checked. 3. Spotters, communications and lost-link contingency defined for UAV/remote systems. 4. Control-network calibration and geodetic datum protected against accidental reset.

5. Remote-control fail-safe stop and proximity-alert function maintained during testing. 6. Fleet autonomous zones, geofences and exclusion boundaries confirmed before access. 7. Laser/UAV route and blast schedule deconflicted from mine aerial and ground operations.

HOW TO FILL THE ORIGINAL WORD RECORD

Identify MINE / PIT / WORK AREA, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR. Each numbered WORKFACE VERIFICATION / REQUIRED CONTROL row has Y, N, N/A and EVIDENCE / DEFECT / ACTION fields. Explain NO and N/A results against the current mine work order and code of practice, retaining flight, configuration and technical evidence.

Its printed HOLD instruction requires STOP for missing clearance, isolation, protection or critical evidence and reassessment of changed conditions. Separate contractor and mine release-authority signatures with DATE / RELEASE REF are required; this is not an emergency drill record or a permit.

INDIVIDUAL FORM OR COMPLETE SURFACE MINE COLLECTION?

Every AVC Single is one purchaser-licensed editable DOCX for internal project use. Use your host mine's current permits, competent personnel and operating procedures. This same original document is INCLUDED in the full 386-document Surface Mining Checklist Package and complete Contractor H&S File with A–AA core controls and specialist trade annexures; collection buyers already own it.
