REAL PURPOSE OF THIS NDT / TESTING ORIGINAL
AV-C03 is the actual NINE-CONTROL WORKFACE CONDITION AND SIMULTANEOUS-OPERATIONS INSPECTION for airport testing, NDT and commissioning. Radiographic exclusion, pressure and electrical energy can collide with aircraft movements or the work of other contractors. This original checks that the approved asset, isolation and ITP hold boundary still match the airport operating window, and that testing or energisation cannot inadvertently affect passengers or live services.
WHEN AND WHO COMPLETES IT
Use before a specialist inspection/test starts, at a changed airfield operating window or whenever the test configuration, witness, exclusion or adjacent contractor activities change. Enter AIRPORT/WORK ZONE, ASSET/LOCATION, PERMIT/WORK PACKAGE and SHIFT/DATE. Match drawing revisions, work order and permit to the actual system; coordinate competent technicians, escorts, temporary restrictions and approved test routes with the airport custodian.

An unqualified test, unapproved radiographic exposure or open energy isolation is a work hold, not an acceptable tick.
