344 / AV-C02 — MINE UAV & AUTONOMY CHANGED CONDITIONS, WEATHER AND EXPOSURE
AV-C02 is the original one-page editable Word changed-conditions workface checklist for mine drone, surveying and autonomous fleet work. Before a shifted task or return to work, it makes the team reconsider seven Y / N / N/A controls against the currently authorised mine zone.
REASSESS WEATHER, OPERATING CHANGES AND EXPOSURE
Weather, visibility, ground access and revised flight or machine-zone limits can invalidate a previous briefing. The original does not print a separate weather-measurements table: it verifies actual access, control-system, survey and release safeguards when conditions are no longer the same.
THE SEVEN REAL PRINTED SAFETY CHECKS
1. Fleet autonomous zones, geofences and exclusion boundaries confirmed before entry. 2. Remote-control fail-safe stop and proximity alerts maintained during testing. 3. Control-network calibration and geodetic datum protected against accidental reset. 4. Spotters, communications and lost-link contingency defined for UAV/remote work.
5. Recorded measurements, geofence changes and software revisions independently checked. 6. Mine survey/fleet authority signs revised maps, safety-critical settings and reactivation. 7. Mine operations/security authority approves the survey or UAV flight area.
HOW TO FILL THE ORIGINAL WORD RECORD
Identify MINE / PIT / WORK AREA, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR. Every numbered WORKFACE VERIFICATION / REQUIRED CONTROL has Y / N / N/A plus EVIDENCE / DEFECT / ACTION. Record what changed, who assessed it and which mine work order/COP supports each finding; attach authentic system, survey, flight or permission records.
The printed HOLD direction is to STOP for missing clearance, isolation, protection or critical evidence and reassess changed conditions.
