342 / AV-00 — MINE UAV & AUTONOMOUS SYSTEMS WORK-ORDER ACTIVATION AND ACCEPTANCE
AV-00 is the original one-page editable Word work-order activation and mine-acceptance form for survey, UAV and autonomous vehicle-zone contractors. It asks SIX operating-authorisation questions before a job is activated, tying each to a real permit or evidence reference and an accepting owner.
SIX MINE-ACCEPTED ACTIVATION QUESTIONS
An issued maintenance work order does not authorise an uncoordinated drone flight or entry into an autonomous fleet area. This form separates the instruction to work from mine security approval, blast/flight deconfliction, active geofences, tested remote safeguards and the accountable operating owner.
THE SIX ORIGINAL ACTIVATION / CONTROL QUESTIONS
1. Mine operations and security authority approve the survey or UAV flight area. 2. Laser/UAV route and blast schedule deconflicted from mine aerial/ground activity. 3. Fleet autonomous zones, geofences and exclusion boundaries confirmed before access.
4. Remote-control fail-safe stop and proximity-alert function maintained during testing. 5. Control network calibration and geodetic datum protected from accidental reset. 6. Spotters, communications and lost-link contingency defined for UAV and remote systems.
HOW TO COMPLETE THE ORIGINAL WORD FORM
Identify MINE / PIT / WORK AREA, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR. The original is a three-column table: ACTIVATION / CONTROL QUESTION, DOCUMENT / PERMIT / EVIDENCE REFERENCE and OWNER / ACCEPTANCE. It is not a seven-point Y/N checklist. Cite actual mine permissions, flight coordination, remote stop test evidence and system settings for each question.
The REVIEW / CLOSE-OUT uses separate CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR / SIGNATURE and MINE RELEASE AUTHORITY / SIGNATURE plus DATE / RELEASE REF. The acceptance must apply to the scope, zone and conditions recorded. This record does not itself grant drone flight, autonomous fleet or mine access approval.
