A sprayed underground lining cannot be accepted solely because it appears finished. AU-T01 is the source-original seven-row technical inspection and acceptance record for shotcrete, resin, grout and rehabilitation, with actual thickness, strength and curing evidence.
WHERE AND WHEN THIS MINE FORM IS USED
Use it during technical review of a specified mine lining bay, grout area or rehabilitated heading. Record MINE / AREA / LEVEL, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR, linking tests to the installed material and mine zone.
