WHERE AND WHEN THIS SOURCE REGISTER IS USED
Use it when completing sprayed concrete, resin/grout, tunnel lining or mine support rehabilitation. Identify MINE / AREA / LEVEL, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR; correlate every test with the installed mix, particular mine face and approved support design.
