Before underground spraying, grouting or lining rehabilitation begins, a contractor needs genuine permits, competence and equipment approval evidence tied to rock-engineering limits. AU-R01 is the original seven-control competence, permits and equipment authorisation register, not a licence created by the template.
WHERE AND WHEN THIS SOURCE REGISTER IS USED
Prepare it before deploying mixing, pumping, spraying, injection or curing teams to the approved mine area. Record MINE / AREA / LEVEL, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR, and correlate crew qualifications, pumping system checks and permitted methods to that work order.
