AU-C01 — SHOTCRETE WORKFACE PRESTART CHECKLIST
AU-C01 is the actual source-original prestart checklist for underground shotcrete, grout and lining. Its first printed control requires rock-engineering approval of the design thickness, spray sequence and substrate before work begins.
WHEN THIS MINE FORM APPLIES
Use it before spraying or grout injection at a specified mine face or rehabilitation area. Record MINE / AREA / LEVEL, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR and confirm that the workface corresponds to the permitted ground support scope.
