327 / AU-00 — DUST HYGIENE WORK-ORDER ACTIVATION AND MINE ACCEPTANCE
AU-00 is the original one-page editable Word activation and acceptance form for surface-mine dust mitigation, hygiene sampling and environmental monitoring. Its SIX specific questions must have current evidence or permit references and accepting mine owner before the work order is activated.
THE TECHNICAL EXPOSURE AND CONTROL PROBLEM
A routine dust-suppression work order does not prove the sampling strategy is mine-approved, instruments are calibrated or a water-cart route is safe for haul traffic.
