324 / AT-TT02 — FUEL/LUBRICANT/REFUELLING OPERATING INTERFACE & HANDOVER
AT-TT02 is the original one-page editable Word workface handover talk for mine fuel farms, lubrication units and refuelling contractors. It covers the operating interfaces between hazardous-area zoning, isolations, tank atmosphere, transfer equipment and emergency response.
WHY THIS MINE FUEL CONTROL MATTERS
Different crews may control hot works, isolations, tanker movements, fire standby and monitoring. If one side assumes the other has confirmed earthing, spill containment or an overfill stop, a routine fuel-maintenance handover can expose a mine site to release or ignition risk.
THE SIX ACTUAL PRINTED TOOLBOX TALK POINTS
1. Hazardous-area classification, ignition controls and hot-work exclusion verified. 2. Fuel tanks, pump pressure, electrical/hydraulic supplies and transfer lines isolated/drained. 3. Static bonding, earthing, lightning protection and transfer hoses inspected.
4. Spill booms, bunds, soil-contamination response and fire coverage ready. 5. Liquid sampling/tank entry only on mine-approved permit with atmosphere testing. 6. Meter calibration, overfill cutout, emergency stop and leak-test evidence recorded.
THE ORIGINAL 16-SIGNATURE ATTENDANCE AND STOP RULE
Enter MINE / AREA / DATE / SHIFT and PERMIT / PRESENTER, discuss crew duties and changed conditions, then use all 16 NAME / EMPLOYEE OR ACCESS NO. and SIGNATURE rows. The talk starts with the HAZARDOUS-AREA and HOT-WORK boundary—not simply a generic fuelling procedure. It then tests isolation, bonding, containment, tank-entry permit and calibrated transfer safety systems. The six subjects provide a structured crew conversation; there are no invented pump-measurement columns on this toolbox talk.
The printed STOP / WITHDRAW / NOTIFY MINE CONTROL rule applies to a leak, uncontrolled ignition risk, unknown tank atmosphere or failed overfill cutout. Restart ONLY after mine-authorised official release; this talk cannot approve tank entry or transfer.
THIS SINGLE OR THE FULL MINE COLLECTION?
The exact original purchaser-licensed editable Word file is ALREADY INCLUDED in the 386-document Surface Mining Checklist Package and in the full Surface Mining Contractor H&S File with core controls and trade annexures. Existing larger-set buyers already receive this form. Follow the mine's current fuel/fire, hazardous-area and work authorisation rules.
