323 / AT-TT01 — FUEL/LUBRICANT/REFUELLING CRITICAL HAZARDS & CREW ACCOUNTABILITY
AT-TT01 is AVC's original one-page editable Word critical-hazards crew-accountability talk for mine fuel and lubricant maintenance. Its first check requires an approved work area and fuel/chemical inventory, so every crew member knows the actual substances and workface before any intervention.
WHY THIS MINE FUEL CONTROL MATTERS
Contractor crews can face unexpected tank contents, ignition sources, stored pump pressure, damaged bonding or flammable vapours. AT-TT01 links work-area authority and substance knowledge to isolation, fire protection and controlled tank access before people start, rather than after a dangerous condition is found.
THE SIX ACTUAL PRINTED TOOLBOX TALK POINTS
1. Fuel and chemical inventory plus mine-approved service area established before maintenance. 2. Hazardous-area classification, ignition-control and hot-work exclusion verified. 3. Tank contents, pressure, electrical/hydraulic energy and fuel lines safely isolated.
4. Static bonding, earthing, lightning protection and transfer hoses inspected. 5. Spill booms, bunds, contaminated soil and mine fire coverage ready. 6. Tank entry or flammable-liquid sampling only by mine-approved permit and gas test.
THE ORIGINAL 16-SIGNATURE ATTENDANCE AND STOP RULE
Enter MINE / AREA / DATE / SHIFT and PERMIT / PRESENTER, discuss crew duties and changed conditions, then use all 16 NAME / EMPLOYEE OR ACCESS NO. and SIGNATURE rows. The original six-point talk leads with the mine fuel/chemical inventory and approved service zone, then hazardous-area/hot-work restrictions, isolations, bonding, spill/fire preparedness and permit-controlled tank sampling. It does NOT include a separate proof-of-calibration measurement table; attach those records through site procedures.
The printed STOP / WITHDRAW / NOTIFY MINE CONTROL rule applies to a leak, uncontrolled ignition risk, unknown tank atmosphere or failed overfill cutout. Restart ONLY after mine-authorised official release; this talk cannot approve tank entry or transfer.
THIS SINGLE OR THE FULL MINE COLLECTION?
The exact original purchaser-licensed editable Word file is ALREADY INCLUDED in the 386-document Surface Mining Checklist Package and in the full Surface Mining Contractor H&S File with core controls and trade annexures. Existing larger-set buyers already receive this form. Follow the mine's current fuel/fire, hazardous-area and work authorisation rules.
