AT-T01 is the original editable one-page Word inspection and acceptance-test evidence register for mine fuel farms, lubrication systems and refuelling equipment. Its seven numbered fields are designed to record REAL measured test results, permits and authority decisions before handover.
WHY THIS MINE FUEL CONTROL MATTERS
A fuel pump restarting or a bund appearing clean does not demonstrate transfer-meter accuracy, overfill protection, tested emergency shutdown or electrical bonding. The original separates isolation and hazardous-area readiness from measured leak/meter checks and final mine fuel/fire approval.

The printed source expressly calls for SDS, isolation, transfer-meter calibration, leak-test and environmental acceptance evidence. Record actual document/test identifiers and measured values. An open defect, gas-testing failure or unaccepted bund must remain unresolved; this is not a substitute for a permit or laboratory certification.
Use OUTSTANDING DEFECT / NCR / REINSPECTION / RETENTION FILE REF. The contractor supervisor and MINE RELEASE AUTHORITY sign separately with DATE / RELEASE REF. Contractors cannot self-certify that fuel transfer may resume.
