PURPOSE OF THIS ORIGINAL AIRPORT CLEANING FORM
The original eight-control shift change, variation and restart checklist prevents an incoming cleaning team from assuming that an earlier FOD boundary, operator permit or cleaning acceptance is still valid. A changed aircraft stand, weather, jet blast, wet-floor barrier or waste collection route can immediately alter exposure to aircraft, passengers and operational movements. Restart needs its own evidence.
