317 / AT-H02 — FUEL & REFUELLING INDEPENDENT INSPECTION, WITNESS & HANDBACK
AT-H02 is an original one-page editable Word independent inspection and witnessed handback hold-point form for mine fuel and refuelling maintenance. Its FIVE printed evidence gates require independent technical proof and mine release, not contractor self-approval.
WHY THIS FUEL CONTROL IS A CRITICAL SAFETY RECORD
After fuel-line repair or tanker interface work, the mine still needs assurance against stored energy, electrostatic ignition, containment failure and overfill. A passed leak test is not enough if bonding, gas-testing permits or emergency shutdown systems remain unverified.
THE FIVE REAL INDEPENDENT HOLD GATES
1. Fuel tank, pump pressure, electrical/hydraulic energy and transfer lines safely isolated/drained. 2. Static bonding, earthing, lightning protection and transfer hoses inspected. 3. Spill booms, bunding, contaminated-soil readiness and fire coverage verified.
4. Flammable-liquid sampling/tank entry only by approved permit and gas test. 5. Meter calibration, overfill cutout, emergency-stop and leak-test results recorded.
