316 / AT-F01 — FUEL/REFUELLING TECHNICAL HOLD AND MINE WORK RELEASE
AT-F01 is an original one-page editable Word five-gate technical HOLD and authorised work-release document for mine fuel, lubricant and refuelling maintenance. The contractor checks five essential controls and the mine authority—not the service crew—decides when the affected plant or zone may be released.
WHY THIS SPECIFIC MINE FUEL RECORD MATTERS
Fuel/chemical inventory, hazardous-area ignition control, isolation and static bonding must all be documented even when fuel-handling equipment appears ready. A hose may be connected while a tank remains pressurised or a bund has no approved spill/fire arrangements; releasing that zone prematurely creates ignition and contamination exposure.
