314 / AT-C02 — FUEL/REFUELLING CHANGED CONDITIONS, WEATHER AND EXPOSURE
AT-C02 is the original editable Word changed-conditions and exposure checklist for surface-mine fuel and refuelling work. Its seven printed Y/N/N-A controls demand reassessment when the work area, weather, hazardous-area condition or mine instruction changes.
WHY THIS SPECIFIC MINE FUEL RECORD MATTERS
Wind or storm exposure can affect fuel-transfer hose management, lightning protection and spill control. A previously permitted job may no longer meet bonding, tank-gas or hot-work restrictions after a shift or equipment change. AT-C02 ties reassessment back to the mine work order and evidence.
SEVEN PRINTED MINE FUEL VERIFICATION CONTROLS
1. Fuel tanks, pump pressure, electrical, hydraulics and lines isolated and drained. 2. Static bonding, earthing, lightning protection and transfer hoses inspected. 3. Spill booms, bunds, contaminated-soil measures and fire coverage ready. 4. Flammable-liquid sampling/tank entry limited to mine-approved permit and gas tests.
5. Meter calibration, overfill cutoff, emergency stop and leak proof recorded. 6. Mine fuel/fire authority signs restored bund integrity and fuel transfer. 7. Fuel/chemical inventory and mine-approved service area confirmed before maintenance.

The HOLD instruction requires stopping for missing clearance, isolation, protection or critical evidence and reassessing the changed conditions. Contractor supervisor and mine release authority sign separately with DATE / RELEASE REF; checking an N/A box does not authorise restarting fuel transfer.
