313 / AT-C01 — FUEL/REFUELLING PRE-START AND MINE OPERATING INTERFACE
AT-C01 is an original one-page editable Word pre-start checklist for surface-mine fuel, lubricant and refuelling contractors. It checks seven actual mine-controlled operating interfaces before servicing, sampling or transfer equipment testing, not a generic vehicle check sheet.
WHY THIS SPECIFIC MINE FUEL RECORD MATTERS
Work may begin in an area that is not properly authorised for flammable products or hot works, while residual pressure, inadequate static bonding and unready containment remain. A pre-start verification connects the fuel chemical inventory, task authorisation and instrument/containment evidence to a named mine supervisor.
SEVEN PRINTED MINE FUEL VERIFICATION CONTROLS
1. Mine-authorised fuel and chemical inventory and approved service area established. 2. Hazardous-area classification, ignition control and hot-work exclusion confirmed. 3. Tanks, pump pressure, electrical/hydraulic energy and lines isolated/drained. 4. Static bonding, earthing, lightning protection and transfer hoses inspected.
5. Spill booms, bunds, contaminated soil and fire coverage ready. 6. Flammable-liquid sampling/tank entry only under mine permit and gas testing. 7. Meter calibration, overfill cutout, emergency stop and leak-test evidence on file.
SOURCE FORM FIELDS, REAL EVIDENCE AND MINE ACCEPTANCE
Each of the seven numbered WORKFACE VERIFICATION / REQUIRED CONTROL items has Y, N, N/A and EVIDENCE / DEFECT / ACTION. Complete MINE / PIT / WORK AREA, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR. Explain NO or N/A and attach current SDS, permit, isolation, earthing and test records.
HOLD stops work for missing clearance, isolation, protection or critical evidence. Separate contractor and mine release authority signature fields and DATE / RELEASE REF record review; AT-C01 is not itself a permit or authority to commence refuelling.
