WHAT THIS ORIGINAL AIRPORT FORM PREVENTS
AT-R01 is the original SEVEN-COLUMN COMPETENCE, PERMIT AND INSPECTION REGISTER for airport cleaning crews, sweepers, pressure equipment, waste handling and environmental work. A general shift roster cannot prove that a particular worker or handling asset held accepted competence, a valid permit or current inspection evidence. This register links each person/asset to authority, checks, test results, expiry and release for the actual airport work order.
WHEN TO USE IT AT THE REAL WORKFRONT
Maintain the register for AIRPORT/AREA, CONTRACTOR, WORK ORDER and AREA/SHIFT. Add separately dated or identified entries for relevant staff, FOD sweeping machinery, pressure cleaning plant and permits. Reference actual training or plant certificates, accepted inspection results and expiry dates; do not manufacture a universal competence or chemical-handling standard. Retain invalid or missing authorisations as unresolved.
