AT-00 is AVC's original editable one-page Word mine fuel/refuelling work-order activation and mine acceptance register. Its SIX control questions ensure a contractor has evidence and a named accepting owner for the exact fuel-farm, lubricant-unit or service-area job BEFORE maintenance begins.
WHY THIS SPECIFIC MINE FUEL RECORD MATTERS
A purchase or maintenance work order alone does not authorise entry to a hazardous fuel area, tank sampling or isolating a working transfer system. Chemical inventory, ignition restrictions, static bonding, emergency containment and mine-approved gas testing are activation dependencies.
SIX PRINTED WORK-ORDER ACTIVATION QUESTIONS
1. Fuel/chemical inventory and mine-approved service area established before maintenance. 2. Hazardous-area classification, ignition restriction and hot-work exclusion verified. 3. Fuel tanks, pump pressure, electrical, hydraulic energy and lines isolated/drained.
4. Static bonding, earthing, lightning protection and transfer hoses inspected. 5. Spill booms, bunds, contaminated-soil arrangements and fire coverage ready. 6. Flammable-liquid sampling or tank entry only by mine permit and gas testing.
