307 / AS-T01 — WASTE-ROCK, STOCKPILE & TAILINGS INSPECTION, MEASUREMENTS AND ACCEPTANCE TESTS
AS-T01 is the original editable one-page Word mine geotechnical interface inspection and acceptance-evidence register for waste-rock, stockpiles and tailings perimeter works. It records actual results/measurements for seven source-defined controls rather than a basic visual site checklist.
WHY THIS IS A MINE GEOTECHNICAL SAFETY CONTROL
A contractor cannot show perimeter work was safely completed merely because a drain was covered or a barrier restored. Crest settlement, seepage, surveyed buried services, monitoring instruments and stormwater triggers all require evidence reviewed within the mine's engineering/TSF control system.
SEVEN ORIGINAL INSPECTION / MEASUREMENT EVIDENCE ROWS
1. Crest/foundation stability, seepage, settlement and access governed by current plan. 2. Tipping, trenches and pipework confined to engineering-approved limits. 3. Weather and stormwater-diversion triggers watched for overtopping or erosion. 4. Buried drains, decant/underdrain and monitoring locations surveyed before digging.
5. Instruments, piezometers and survey markers protected and tracked. 6. Emergency withdrawal route and downstream exposures communicated to crews. 7. Engineer/TSF authority accepts reinstated drains, slopes and exclusion barriers.
SOURCE INSPECTION EVIDENCE AND ENGINEER RELEASE
Fill MINE / PIT / WORK AREA, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR. Every MINING-SPECIFIC ITEM / EVIDENCE TO TRACK has DOCUMENT / RESULT / MEASURED VALUE and DATE / AUTHORITY / STATUS. The original requests TSF owner permission, survey points, instrumentation logs and engineer release. For every source row record actual evidence IDs, measured or assessed values, the mine authority and status. Do not turn this into a fabricated piezometer reading or claim the worksheet grants geotechnical acceptance by itself.
Use OUTSTANDING DEFECT / NCR / REINSPECTION / RETENTION FILE REF for open items. CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR / SIGNATURE and MINE RELEASE AUTHORITY / SIGNATURE plus DATE / RELEASE REF are distinct; no contractor self-release.
ONE SPECIALIST SINGLE OR THE COMPLETE MINING SYSTEM?
The identical original editable purchaser-licensed DOCX is ALREADY INCLUDED in the 386-document Surface Mining Checklist Package and in the full Contractor H&S File with A–AA core controls and other specialist annexures. Existing larger-set buyers already own it. Host-mine geotechnical, TSF, access and excavation permits always control.
