THE REAL GEOTECHNICAL RISK
Restoring a tailings perimeter fence or covering a trench is not enough to demonstrate safe reinstatement. A damaged piezometer, disrupted underdrain or unreviewed crest settlement can undermine mine surveillance and expose downstream areas. AS-R04 connects physical reinstatement with technical proof.
