303 / AS-R01 — TAILINGS & STOCKPILE COMPETENCE, PERMITS AND PLANT IDENTIFICATION
AS-R01 is AVC's original one-page editable Word competence, permissions and plant-interface evidence register for tailings perimeter and waste-rock/stockpile works. It ties the mine's work zone, order, supervisor and source-document references to seven mining-specific technical controls.
THE REAL GEOTECHNICAL RISK
Crew training does not itself grant permission to work within a TSF exclusion zone. The responsible engineer's design/operating envelope, relevant underground drainage services and instrument markers must be established before plant mobilisation and trenching.
