WHERE AND WHEN THIS RAIL SOURCE APPLIES
Use at the start of an approved rail maintenance or haulage work shift, or after changing the work zone or traffic possession. Record MINE / AREA / LEVEL, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR with the affected track location.
