WHAT THIS SOURCE-ORIGINAL AIRPORT FORM PREVENTS
AR-H01 is the authentic six-gate inspection and hold/release record for airport scaffolding, roofs, facades and working at height. A completed roof repair does not guarantee that protected airspace clearance, scaffold access, fragile surfaces, rescue procedures or falling-object protections are acceptable. WHEN AND HOW TO COMPLETE THIS ACTUAL RECORD
Open the HOLD at the specific airport work zone and identify AIRPORT/AREA, CONTRACTOR, WORK ORDER and AREA/SHIFT. Check high-reach height and roof access permissions, scaffold/rope competence and pre-use evidence, passenger exclusion, fragile roof and rescue arrangements, the actual facade/roof quality inspection, and removal of obstruction/FOD. Do not mark a hold closed while any of those checks fail.
