AQ-H02 is AVC's original five-gate editable Word INDEPENDENT INSPECTION, witness and handback record for highwall and bench geotechnical monitoring support. It verifies mine-owned instrument thresholds, current trigger-response rules and fall-of-ground protections before a restricted area or system is released.
WHY THIS HIGHWALL EVIDENCE MATTERS
Reinstating a monitoring camera or radar instrument can alter thresholds while active ground movement or a fresh blast creates new hazards. Independent mine verification must confirm TARP trigger interpretations, shift changes and any outstanding alarms; a contractor maintenance completion note does not release a pit crest.
FIVE ORIGINAL INDEPENDENT HOLD GATES

The original has exactly FIVE HOLD TRIGGER / EVIDENCE GATE items with REQUIRED EVIDENCE / VERIFICATION and RESULT / REFERENCE / WITNESS.
