AQ-00 is the original one-page editable Word work-order ACTIVATION and mine acceptance record for slope-monitoring, highwall support and scaling-access contractors. SIX printed questions confirm that the current mine geotechnical hazard zone, engineering authority and surveillance restrictions are accepted before contractor mobilisation.
