264 / AP-TT02 — BLASTING EXCLUSION MINE OPERATING INTERFACE AND HANDOVER
AP-TT02 is AVC's original editable Word mine-interface and handover briefing for construction or specialist contractors whose work overlaps with blasting exclusion, refuge routes and post-blast re-entry. The first printed item is the CONTROLLED MAP REVISION—because an outdated exclusion boundary can invalidate an otherwise sound contractor plan.
WHY THIS ORIGINAL MINE BLAST CONTROL MATTERS
The blasting team, contractor supervisors, traffic dispatch and boundary marshals may each hold different information on exclusion routes and the blast timetable. If a map changes while workers are active, an evacuation corridor may no longer be safe. AP-TT02 makes cross-team communication, personnel accounting and blast-officer permission explicit.
THE SIX ORIGINAL CREW BRIEFING SUBJECTS
1. Receive controlled revised blast-zone map, exclusion lines and refuge routes. 2. Account for all crews, vehicles and subcontractors before evacuation. 3. Test radios, blast sirens, timetable and boundary marshal communications.
4. Park contractor plant outside foreseeable damage/flyrock zones. 5. Recognise fumes, dust, unstable walls and unexploded charge hazards. 6. No re-entry without mine blast officer release and completed geotechnical checks.
CREW ATTENDANCE, STOP RULE AND AUTHORITY
Record MINE / AREA / DATE / SHIFT and PERMIT / PRESENTER, then use all 16 original NAME / EMPLOYEE OR ACCESS NO. and SIGNATURE lines. The original six points lead with the current mapped zone/refuge route, followed by accounting, communications, safe plant parking, post-blast dangers and final mine-authorised re-entry. Its purpose is operating handover between mine and contractor; no explosive charging instruction or authorised all-clear is issued by the form.
STOP / WITHDRAW / NOTIFY MINE CONTROL for suspected misfire, unclear all-clear, exclusion breach or unstable post-blast wall; only the mine-authorised official releases the zone.
INDIVIDUAL EDITABLE WORD OR THE COMPLETE MINE COLLECTION?
This exact original purchaser-licensed editable DOCX is ALREADY INCLUDED in the 386-document Surface Mining Checklist Package and the complete Surface Mining Contractor Health & Safety File. Buyers of either larger set receive this form alongside wider site and specialist controls, rather than purchasing it separately. Blasting, explosives and site-clearance authority always remain with the mine.
