256 / AP-F01 — BLASTING SUPPORT TECHNICAL HOLD AND MINE WORK RELEASE

AP-F01 is the original editable Word five-gate MINE TECHNICAL HOLD and authorised work-release record for contractor activity near blasting exclusion boundaries. Its FIRST source gate requires mine blast officer authority and a clearly limited contractor role, so a site team does not mistake contractor safety verification for permission to conduct or clear a blast.

WHY THESE BLAST SUPPORT SAFEGUARDS MATTER

An outdated exclusion map, incorrect headcount, failed siren or unprotected parked equipment can jeopardise blasting controls even though the contractor's planned work is otherwise safe. AP-F01 links those interfaces to required independent witness evidence and mine-controlled area release before further work can be authorised.

FIVE REAL INDEPENDENT HOLD GATES

1. Blast officer holds all explosives, firing and clearance authority; contractor task defined. 2. Current controlled blast exclusion and refuge route map received. 3. Crew, vehicles and subcontractors fully accounted before evacuation.

4. Radios, warning sirens, blast timetable and boundary marshals verified. 5. Park and make contractor equipment safe beyond damage/flyrock zones.

SOURCE CONTROL FIELDS, REAL EVIDENCE AND AUTHORITY

Five authentic HOLD TRIGGER / EVIDENCE GATE rows require REQUIRED EVIDENCE / VERIFICATION and RESULT / REFERENCE / WITNESS. The gates run from officer authority to exclusion route, evacuation accounting, sirens and parked plant. No explosive charge handling or post-blast all-clear is performed by this contractor form.

ALL five hold gates, unresolved defects and the authorised mine official's RELEASE must be checked. CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR / SIGNATURE and MINE RELEASE AUTHORITY / SIGNATURE with DATE / RELEASE REF are separate, and this Word form cannot supersede blast authority.
