AN-H02 is the original five-gate independent witness hold and mine return-to-service form for underground communications, tracking, monitoring and automation. It specifically tests impact on emergency calls, change authorisation, affected sensors, mine-rated equipment and tested fallback communications.
WHEN THIS PARTICULAR MINE RECORD IS USED
Use before releasing a network cutover, sensor link, fibre route, SCADA or emergency tracking repair. Enter MINE / AREA / LEVEL, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR for the affected mining system, naming the operator and control-room witness.
