AN-C02 is the original seven-control underground communication, monitoring and automation shift/area readiness checklist. It starts with mine control-room agreement on emergency calls and tracking impacts before an incoming crew touches connected equipment.
WHERE TO USE THE ORIGINAL
Use at each permitted shift handover or after a changed network, sensor, alarm or mine-monitoring condition. Record MINE / AREA / LEVEL, WORK ORDER / MINE ZONE, DATE / SHIFT / PERMIT and CONTRACTOR SUPERVISOR against current mine OT approval.
SEVEN ACTUAL COMMUNICATION SAFETY CONTROLS
1. Critical emergency communications and tracking impacts agreed with control room
2. Mine OT change authorisation includes configuration backup and rollback
3. Gas/ventilation or seismic sensors affected by network change identified
