AN-C02 is AVC's original editable seven-row changed-conditions and workface RE-ASSESSMENT checklist for authorised mine crushers, feeders, screens, belts and chutes. Use it after a shift or equipment change, a blast, weather event or another condition that invalidates earlier hazard controls.
WHY THIS ORIGINAL MINE SAFETY TOOL MATTERS
A new material bridge, different feed arrangement, damaged liner or disturbed counterweight can change the risk after the original permit was approved. An unchanged electrical lockout tag does not resolve gravity loading or unexpected material flow.
