AN-00 is the original editable Word ANNEXURE SCOPE / ACTIVATION AND EVIDENCE INDEX for mine conveyors, crushers, feeders, hoppers, chutes, screens and processing equipment. Unlike a task checklist, it is the activating workpack map that tells a supervisor which specific documents must be filed for a limited approved contractor scope.
WHY THIS ORIGINAL MINE SAFETY TOOL MATTERS
Without an activation index, an otherwise competent contractor may have a task assessment and permit but be missing the LOTO release, corrective defect log, worker authorisation or verified test records.
