AM-F01 is the original editable five-stage mine HOLD / RELEASE and height-access handover form for scaffolding, mobile platforms and specialist elevated work. It makes the mine owner accountable for progression through rescue plan acceptance, access inspection, MEWP and drop-zone controls, and safe area handback.
THE ACTUAL MINE-SPECIFIC HAZARD AND WORK DECISION
Work at an exposed process tower cannot commence merely because a scaffold was erected. Failed rescue readiness, a missing anchor tag or an MEWP positioned next to a pit edge is a stop condition. The final dismantle/reoccupy stage is equally important because a removed platform can leave unprotected voids or missing barricades for the next mine crew.
